Recreational Camp
Times: 0830 AM to 430 PM.
Ages: 6 and up
Cost: $255
Be sure to register early! This camp filled up in 2023!
During this FUN summer camp program (open to all experience levels) gymnasts will start the day off with a craft or a fun active game with an easy warm-up with stretching and strengthening for muscles. Gymnasts will learn or improve balance, jumps, turns, tumbling and all of the handheld apparatus: scarves, ribbons, hoops, balls, and ropes. After lunch (outside if the weather is good), gymnasts will return to the gym for more active games, working on a fun display routine for the end of the week and even more gymnastics! The day is filled with movement, friendship, rhythmic gymnastics and TONS OF FUN!
On Friday afternoon (time to be confirmed), parents will be invited to come and watch a fun "show" of the skills and routines learned during the week
Gymnast to bring healthy snacks, lunch and water bottle and wear comfy clothing like tights or tight fitting shorts and tank top, and socks, as well as hair in a ponytail or bun.

Competitive Team Camp
Times: 830AM to 430 PM
Cost: $306
Open To: Current West Coast RG gymnasts (Rising Stars, Intermediate or Advanced) or by invitation* to gymnasts with rhythmic gymnastics experience.

The camp is about getting into shape for the season with a strong focus on stretching, strength building, new body skills (leaps/jumps, balances, turns, acrobatics), new apparatus such as ball, clubs and ribbon, new and more complicated throws and catches, dance steps and fun group choreography. The week may include review of last year's routines where they are being kept for next year, but the focus is on getting back into the swing of things and learning new and fun skills. Lots of fun drills, games and activities.
Gymnast to bring healthy snacks, lunch and water bottle and to wear West Coast RG training attire. Bring all apparatus and socks, toe shoes, theraband, resistance band, blocks, as well as hair in a bun.
