Recreational Classes

Our recreational classes are for gymnasts (ages 3 to 10) who just want to enjoy learning to do rhythmic gymnastics in a fun, non-competitive environment. Celebrate your personal achievements and work towards learning fun new skills.

Pre-Competitive Team

This team is a great place to explore the fun of competitive rhythmic gymnastics without the pressure! Classes include Future Stars (ages 5-7) and Rising Stars (ages 7+). Try out an away event if you like, or stick with the in-club events. Learn a solo or a duet and practice your skills in a supportive environment as part of the pre-competitive team!

Competitive Team

West Coast Rhythmic Gymnastics is proud to present its Competitive Rhythmic Gymnastics Teams with gymnasts competing at local, provincial, western Canadian and national competitions. By invitation only. Please contact us for more information. Dancers and gymnasts welcome!
