Pre-Competitive Program

The Pre-Competitive team is a great place to explore the fun of competitive rhythmic gymnastics. Classes include Future Stars (ages 5-7) and Rising Stars (ages 7+) and are a great stepping-stone to the Competitive Program.

Gymnasts learn advanced flexibility, co-ordination, balance, and strength. There is an emphasis on improving flexibility, balance, jumps, and techniques specific to various apparatus used, including ball, hoop, rope, and ribbon. The Pre-Competitive program prepares gymnasts for solo and/or group performances for Club events (e.g. Snowflake Show and Year End Show) and for future competitions. Gymnasts may compete at in-house competitions and one away competition each year based on recommendations from the coach.
