Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport that uses apparatus (hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon) to showcase skill, flexibility, and musicality. Rhythmic Gymnastics develops strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination.

Rhythmic Gymnastics is an individual and team (Group) sport where gymnasts support each other and develop long term relationships. Gymnasts can start as early as age 3 and can continue well into adulthood with Gymnaestrada activites.
